The app ecosystem brings a photo-realistic 3D representation of the car to the customers’ home through their mobile devices, and through headsets at dealerships, pop-ups and retail boutiques.

The Problem
immerzion.one was developed to address the lengthy, painful and fractured nature of the car buying process. Customers typically spend hours researching their car purchase: reading articles / watching videos / visiting websites / scrutinising advertising / talking to friends / visiting dealerships / explaining what they want / taking test drives (you get the picture) - all doing their best to find the best vehicle for them.
We also spoke with CEO’s and senior executives of premium and luxury auto brands to find out what they needed to better engage customers and increase sales. Each one stated that the customer’s purchasing journey to them could not be precisely measured and they’re missing opportunities to connect with customers along the way.

immerzion.one brings together onto one platform all the information a customer needs to make an informed purchasing decision. It does this by creating a portal to access comprehensive product information on one connected tool. Moreover, the customer is further engaged and motivated by immersive 3D animated product experiences through their mobile (Home) and / or headsets (Retail).

Using videogame mechanics (product interaction & play, rewards and even XP) customers are motivated along the platform. Our back-end system (the ‘Big Brain’ CDP - Customer Data Platform) analyses the customers preferential and behavioural data analytics to create a unique customer profile.
This profile both personalises the customer experience, delivering relevant content, recommendations, and promotions, and enables a seamless transition from Home to Retail by informing sales teams of the customer’s specific requirements before they even step through the door.
At the Retail stage, the profile is qualified together with the customer, thus generating a 100% precise understating of each customers requirements for personalised consultations at any dealership, further CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) activities, procurement, and real-time market insights at scale.
