Sim racing has evolved into a hyper-realistic experience. With cutting-edge physics, photorealistic graphics, immersive sound, and pro-grade rigs, it’s now hard to tell virtual racing from real motorsport - except for one thing: Sim racing isn’t live.

Until now, no one had successfully bridged physical motorsport with racing sim gameplay into a single, real-time format. That’s the final step - and it’s what Real-E-Racing delivers.

Real-E-Racing is a software system that acts as a ‘live experience layer’ between real-world motorsport and racing sim videogames.

The Problem

TV audience numbers are shrinking, broadcasting costs are climbing, and the next generation of fans is turning to gaming and eSports - where interaction, immersion, connection and personal control are the norm.

Meanwhile, motorsport’s media experience hasn’t fundamentally changed in decades. Fixed camera angles, passive viewing, and limited access and interactivity don’t meet the expectations of younger, digitally native audiences.

Today’s fans don’t just want to watch - they want to play.

This is the engagement gap and Real-E-Racing was created to close it - by making motorsport playable.

The Strategy

Real-E-Racing transforms real-world motorsport into a live, interactive gaming experience.

At its core is a real-time data layer that captures telemetry from physical race cars and streams it straight into racing simulators. Live sensor data is transmitted during the race to our cloud platform. There, it powers a millisecond-accurate digital twin, streamed directly into supported sim racing environments worldwide.

Our system is platform-agnostic and modular - designed to plug into existing sim engines via API, enabling fast integration with developers, lounges, broadcasters, race series and race teams.

This isn’t a spectator gimmick. It’s a real-time experience layer that can:

  • Let gamers and eSports teams race pro drivers, live

  • Create a new entertainment format for play and spectating

  • Provide high-performance training tools for drivers and teams

  • Open new commercial opportunities in motorsport and gaming
